All orders are made to order and are handmade, because of that orders can take between 7 to 10 business days to ship. Once your order is processed you'll receive an email with a tracking number that will update in 24 - 48 hours.
Currently, we partner with USPS to ship our products. United States Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Service. After orders depart from our store and received by the postal services, tracking information is provided via email only. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are out of our custody. All Things Her is not responsible for delivery delays or damaged goods due to inclement weather, mishandling by carrier, or undeliverable addresses.
Due to the natural and volatile nature of our products, there may be instances where the product melts a little during shipping to hot climate areas. If this happens, please refrigerate for 3-4 hours and the product will solidify. The product will look like there is less in your jar and this is due to the air being out of the jar which happens during our whipping process. If your product is frozen (which rarely happens) you will let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours and the product will soften. The quality and benefits that the product offers to your skin aren't affected by melting or freezing.
Please notify us by email when you have received a wrong order with the subject line "HELP! I REICEIVED THE WRONG ORDER". We will send out the products that you originally ordered. You will have the same processing and shipping time as articulated above.
